In some companies people might feel like a number in the system and projects can take a toll on people's lives and motivation. We try to keep a family-like feeling within the company by having a flat hierarchy and by focusing on projects that are challenging and fun to work with.

We have a responsibility to look after our planet, therefore we participate in environmental initiatives. One of these initiatives has led us to plant over 2,000 trees.

We hope to plant enough to someday have a stroll in our very own Ethica forest.

OUR LATEST PROJECT

Our experience in creating and maintaining mission critical, high availability 365/24/7 platforms led to Vyne Technologies Ltd, a UK based fintech disruptor in A2A payments, entrusting Ethica with the entire development of their greenfield payments platform from day one in November 2019.

The brief was to deliver PayVyne - a scalable, secure and extensible platform that could go live inside 5 months - which we delivered on time and within budget. We have been responsible for its growth, maintenance and support ever since.
